I have tried doing a repair. I have logged on with a different account to make sure there is no corruption in the profile. I have checked the printer drivers.

The only way I can stop the application from closing when clicking on "Print" is to remove all the printers. If i install ANY printer the application crashes.

There are 40 other computers with the same configuration that doesn't have this problem.

Hope someone can give me another idea to try?

Hi

We would first suggest you check if there is updates for the driver.

Try the following methods:

Remove all printers en printer drivers through the print manager

Manually add a printer and specify the location of drivers (so, dont use the setup program)

Some of our customer found it  a compatibility problem with driver: Allow the Device and printer section to obtain more info from the printers, try the newest one if there is.
